Macomb County Drivers License Restoration Lawyer
Getting Your License Back – by Macomb County Lawyers
Losing your driver’s license essentially takes away your freedom. You are no longer able to get to and from work or medical appointments, you can’t attend social or family functions and you may have to miss important meetings or events.
Getting your drivers license back will give you your life back, and restore ability to earn a living. We have a highly successful of record of restoring driver’s licenses through the Michigan “DLAD” or “DAAD” appeals process. Our team of experienced attorneys works with you through the entire DLAD appeals process.
Additionally, in the event your license cannot be restored through DLAD, we may be able to help you obtain a “hardship drivers license” so you can start to get your life back to normal while you are waiting for your suspension or revocation period to end.
Only an experienced license restoration lawyer knows and understands the best processes and procedures that are most likely to get your license restored in the least amount of time.

Habitual Alcohol Offenders – Macomb County License Restoration Lawyers
Vehicle operators who receive a combination of two alcohol convictions within seven years, or any combination of three alcohol convictions within ten years, are presumed to be habitual alcohol violators. The law requires the Secretary of State to revoke that person’s driver license. The law also requires the Secretary of State to deny a license for that person until he or she meets certain conditions.
A first driver license revocation/denial for a habitual alcohol violator is for a minimum of 1 year. A subsequent revocation/denial is for a minimum of 5 years, if it comes within 7 years of a previous revocation/denial.
Other Drivers License Suspensions – Macomb County Lawyers
A drivers license may also be suspended for under Michigan law if you have 12 or more points on your driving record.
Additionally, Courts have the authority to suspend your license for a variety of other offenses, including unsafe driving, unpaid tickets, and even excessive child support arrearage. Whatever the reason your license has been taken away, we can help you fight to get it back.
